Beidou Resources Investments Co., Ltd.(“Beidou Resources”) is an energy & resources investment company which is approved by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce of the People"s Republic of China and Beijing Industry and Commerce Bureau.

Beidou Resources is the sole shareholder of Beidou International Investments Inc., a body corporate that was established under the laws of British Columbia, Canada.  Beidou Resources is experienced in energy & resource investment and financing and benefits from its parent company’s extensive experience in mining development.  Its parent company, Shandong Chenxin Mining Group, has mining operations in coal, iron ore and other metals and has invested in multiple resource projects and entities across China and several foreign jurisdictions.  The other shareholders are well known individuals in Chinese mining sector, including geologists, mining engineers, mining lawyers and high net wealth individuals.

Beidou International Investments Inc. had already made the investments to the junior mining companies include California Gold Mining Inc., Rift Valley Resources Corp., Northern Gold Mining Inc. and Silver Bear Resources Inc., Smart Employee benefits Inc., etc.
